A cornerstone of the agency since 2004, Debbie brings more than two decades of experience, knowledge and continuity to the Wood Avenue Property team.

As our Operations & Commercial Manager, Debbie plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business. She oversees the Property Management department while managing the agency's trust accounting, invoicing and financial processes, helping ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency across our operations.

Debbie also manages key human resources functions, supporting our team through training, development and the implementation of effective systems and procedures. Her focus is on creating a knowledgeable, capable and well-supported team that can consistently deliver a high standard of service to our clients.

Alongside her operational responsibilities, Debbie manages our commercial property portfolio, bringing her extensive industry experience and practical approach to the management of our commercial clients and properties.

Having been part of the agency for more than 20 years, Debbie has developed long-standing relationships with landlords, tenants, trades and members of the local community. Her depth of knowledge of the business and its clients provides an invaluable level of stability and experience within our team.
