Nathan Wood is the Director of Sales at Wood Avenue Property, bringing 25 years of real estate sales experience and extensive knowledge of the Lake Macquarie property market.

 Having spent more than two decades helping homeowners navigate some of their biggest property decisions, Nathan combines local market knowledge, industry experience and a straightforward approach to provide clear, informed advice throughout the sales process.

 As Director of Sales, Nathan leads the sales division while remaining personally involved with his clients from the initial appraisal and preparation through to marketing, negotiations and settlement. He believes strong communication, careful planning and attention to detail are essential to achieving the best possible result.

Nathan's property knowledge also extends beyond sales. As a property owner and investor, he has hands-on experience with renovations, building a brand-new home and granny flat projects. This practical experience gives him a strong understanding of property presentation, improvements and the potential value that can be added to a home or investment.

 After 25 years in the industry, Nathan understands that successful real estate is ultimately about people. Approachable, hardworking and committed to providing honest advice, he ensures his clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their property journey.

 Together with his wife and fellow Director, Rebecca Wood, Nathan is passionate about building Wood Avenue Property around genuine relationships, exceptional service and a personal, hands-on approach to real estate.
