Rebecca Wood / Director licensee in Charge

Rebecca Wood is the Director and Licensee in Charge of Wood Avenue Property, bringing more than 21 years of real estate experience across Property Management, Business Development and Sales throughout Lake Macquarie.

Having built her career locally, Rebecca has an extensive understanding of the Lake Macquarie property market. She oversees the Property Management division while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day business, personally managing a select portfolio and focusing on new business, portfolio growth and property development.

 As a landlord and active property investor herself, Rebecca understands property ownership from both sides. Her experience includes building, renovating and improving properties, with a particular interest in project management, property upgrades and granny flat developments. This allows her to provide practical advice to landlords and investors looking to improve rental returns and build long-term property value.

Known for her caring and attentive approach, Rebecca believes great Property Management is built on communication, accountability, attention to detail and proactive management. She takes the time to understand each client's property and investment goals and works closely with them from the initial appraisal and preparation for lease through to ongoing management.

 Rebecca holds a Diploma of Business, Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and NSW Class 1 Real Estate Agent Licence, and continues to remain across changing legislation, market conditions and property investment strategies.

 Living and working locally, Rebecca is married to fellow Wood Avenue Property Director and Sales Agent Nathan Wood. Together, they are raising their two daughters in Lake Macquarie and are committed to building Wood Avenue Property around experienced advice, genuine relationships and outstanding service.
